I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your email to me of 12.16 pm (UK-Time) today the 9th of March 2021, and I have made during the day some progress towards my objective of sorting out the nuisances that I have faced for over 23 years of residence in the United Kingdom, as you will note from the attached summary of today's findings: GP Surgery Search 9 March 2021.docx.
I am waiting to see whether in light of these complaints to NHS England and Public Health England, Dr Mawanche will telephone me tomorrow and at what precise time this will take place given that I suggested to the Surgery in writing that the culprit who attempted to phone me on my Mobile Phone at 9.14 am this morning was Dr F Odesanya, the Consultant Psychiatrist himself and no other person like 'Marty' of 'Victims of Panigrahi Association' who has also sent such nuisance emails to my wife at her workplace email address, and on her personal email address rashmipanigrahi2000@yahoo.com. You say that I should report the nuisance calls to Kent Police but you are not aware that I have been reporting 1000+ such emails that I have received myself to add to the 50 criminal anonymous emails sent in relation to my British Citizenship and my desperate bid to hold on to my present moment British Passport that I have in my possession for our September 2021 family holiday that has been booked for Cyprus for which we have arranged our Coronavirus vaccinations in advance. Specifically, I sent a Recorded Delivery letter to Kent Police about 6 months ago to arrest Dr F Odesanya, who has taken over the State's task of misdiagnosing and mistreating my mental health of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD) Syndrome, as discussed this afternoon with the Practice Manage of Wigmore Medical Centre when Kelly Mills, telephoned our house and spoke to my wife who called me to explain why I had been to this Surgery twice this morning and raised questions. If from the attached internet publication, Kent Police does not conduct its surveillance operations on the residents of Medway Towns to question and arrest the criminals, one is left with no choice but to publicise one's disgust at the Security Services by calling them vulgar names, like 'saale madarchod, bhosadiwale, suar ke bacche, pig-shit bastards, wankers, shitbags, vermine, criminals and insects; according to the Founder of the Vishista Advaita Vedantic basis of the religion of Vaishnavism constructed within the fold of Hinduism, for we love, revere and worship Sri Krishna through bhakti in prayers to give us the strength to ward off evil within and without with our karma as we celebrate Creation by immersing ourselves in it at the same time so being pin-pointedly at the Centre of the sphere of Reality, in the rajasic guna, pathway as opposed to the sattvic guna and the tamasic guna pathways in the Reality that characterises Creation in the Brahma-Nature framework.
So, this evening during our walk, my wife and I talked when I said that I have ADHD, always have had it with my repeated purposeless activities that you will understand from the days travel, and she said No you do not have Attention Deficit, otherwise you would not have done everything like getting a PhD, houses, holidays, £30,000 a year job. On the other hand, you are mentally sick, you wish to hit the world. And then she said the Trolls who ruined your work for Sainsburys by sending emails to Yaw Aboagye, and Dr Odesanya are not part of the Security Services of the State, you have become stupid and sick. I asked her whether Santander Bank's freezing of my two Bank Accounts was not State-organised through the offices of Her Majesty the Queen, she said No, the Bank was protecting your money because you were going to transfer a lot of it to another Account. I said I just wanted to set up my ‘The Conservative Libertarian Society’. She said, you are in some way attention seeking, you created ‘Shantanu's Friend’ on Facebook, etc. So, the debate goes on. I knew where she is coming from being very materialistic, so we carried on walking and met Linda Nicolaides in the neighbourhood and had a chat with her. I did not try and explain to her about the mind and the Supermind association that leads to different levels of truth, the somatic-mind being calculating, analytical, schematic, missionary, planning with objectives for material welfare, indecisiveness, and so on, but once we satya-advaitc yogis give up the body, in search of the truth in the mind itself rather, than in the brains, as a better source of the understanding of Reality, we yogis suffer from ADHD in that we cannot concentrate on matter anymore, and just chart our progress in the navigation of Nature as it comes out of our mind, from the assumed nterface between the somatic-mind and what we Vishista Advaita Vedantists describe as the Supermind.
I will keep updated of my search for a GP Surgery by going through the other local GP Surgeries local to me now.

I was this morning at 9.00 am at Britton House but there was no prescription there for me to collect.
So on the drive home, I checked into Thames Valley Surgery in Thames Road to find out where I was now on its waiting list of a year and half ago when I was 14th awaiting being adopted. I was told that there are no waiting list because their box is closed. I said I will complain about this. The lady told me 'You can complain all you like' and handed me a printed sheet of whom to contact to find an alternative GP Surgery. I left but checked into Wigmore Medical Centre to find out how my complaint to NHS on being taken off its Patient List a year and half ago was progressing or if it has been resolved, and when no phone calls came nor any emails that I left the email address for, I paid a second visit asking for a decision. The Surgery later telephoned our house Landllne and the lady spoke to my wife who called me to speak to her, which I did. After a 8 minute talk she told me that the Surgery could not take me back again. Take care she added.
So back I went to the Long Catlis Road Surgery to hand in the document in this Link and additional hand written comments that my wife was also enquiring about, and I was told that the receptionist will email the doctor. I said I will come back in an hour's time to find out if you have done so. She agreed. So after an hour I went and was told that a Doctor will telephone me tomorrow about it. I handed a second piece of paper with scribbled notes of what I wished to talk about, and was told that the receptionist will make sure that the Doctor has a copy of it before he phones me.
I then went to Boots the Chemists to find out if there were any prescriptions waiting to be dispensed on me, and something had arrived there the previous evening, but it was only for a single item of 'Depakote' which was out of stock and has to be ordered. I said I wished to collect all my medications together at one time instead of having keep driving to the Chemist nearly every other day. So send me a text when these come.
I then telephoned Pump Lane Surgery and spoke to a lady about registering for its Patient List, and was told that it is reviewing this List in April 2021, so while they do not have a Patient Waiting List as such, I was asked to phone back at 3.30 pm (UK-Time) today because their telephones are out of Order but the main one was not accessible to her at the time that I telephoned.
With all of this goings-on, my wife was very irate with me, telephoned Britton House, and spoke to the receptionist, who told her that a prescription is now waiting for and me to collect. I went and collected it and on the way back tried to check into Pump Lane Surgery, but it was closed for lunch. I came home and at 3.32 pm tried to phone and speak to someone but the lines would not connect. So I drove there and met the same lady and spoke with her - because I had left a Note with Britton House that I had changed my GP Surgery to this one, and it should send all its Care Plans to this Surgery now. She took down my name, address and the two medications that I had been given a prescription for in the Diary of the Surgery and said that I should contact the Surgery again in mid -April.
Then I was looking to get these two medications for Boots the Chemists did not have them this morning, so I tried the local Phoenix Pharmacy which did not have them both, and then I went to Fenn Pharmacy in Parkwood, Rainham Kent, where I got both the medications. I felt relieved finally.
This evening I have had to re-book my vaccination jabs to 23 March (1st dose) and 8 June (2nd dose) as it clashed with my daughter's appointment on the 15th March.

If your last practice is unable to issue you with a prescription for your medication please contact NHS111, who will be able to assist you if you are currently between surgeries. There should be no barrier to your registration or obtaining an appointment, if needed. Dear Sir/Madam, I have just 10 minutes ago discussed with my wife showing her my notes of my visit to Britton House, then Thames Avenue Surgery and then Wigmore Medical Surgery to try and obtain an update on my applications for restoration of my name on the Patient Lists of these Surgery in view of the consideration that I am not happy with the manner in which Long Catlis Road Surgery has managed my Patient Care, which was a tentative measure on my part in awaiting the outcome of my complaint to Public Health England to restore me to the nearest GP Surgery to my home, in view of my need for constant supervision by Dr Odesanya, the Consultant Psychiatrist at Britton House, and referral to the Maudsley Hospital Autism Diagnostic Services for which the Clinical Commissioning Group located in Chatham Maritime has approved funding. If you would immediately send me an appointment with another GP Surgery so that I can obtain my medications, I will be grateful, or else I will go to the outpatients in Medway Maritime Hospital to see if they have a Psychiatrist available in the next hour. In this regard, I note with interest that there was an attempt made by someone to speak to me on my Mobile Phone at 9.14 am, that I could not answer as I was driving a car when the Phone rang, whoever it was that tried to contact me - I still get nuisance phone calls from saale, madarchod, suar ke bacche kahinke, behenchod, pig-shit phirangi wankers and criminals from time to time, that I cannot return the call to use these words to describe their intrusion into my private life to stuff my version of non-violent 'gaand mein danda' into them, you understand, don't you?
